1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges(if applicable) will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.
- From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email / SMS.
- You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website or app.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re - delivery charges(if applicable) may apply.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo / video proof. (See our Refund & Return Policy for more details.)
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not ship internationally.
- International shipping may be introduced in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
