At Trivenika, we are dedicated to delivering your premium wood - pressed oils and natural products safely and on time.This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges(if applicable) will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.
  • From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email / SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website or app.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re - delivery charges(if applicable) may apply.

  • If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo / video proof. (See our Refund & Return Policy for more details.)


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
  • International shipping may be introduced in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
