Refund Policy

At Trivenika, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our premium wood-pressed oils and natural products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Perishable goods (like oils/ghee) may have different conditions (see Section 4).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned/refunded:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless defective).

Return Approval
- We will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Do not ship items back without approval.
Ship the Product
- Return products to: RGLS Wellness, Kirdhan Rd, Dhingsara, Haryana, India
- Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Special Conditions for Perishable Goods

Wood-Pressed Oils & Ghee: Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the product is unopened, leaking, or damaged during transit.
If defective, send photos/videos for verification.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items Received

If you receive:

A damaged/defective product
The wrong item Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photo proof. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
No cancellations allowed once the order is shipped.
